Gigi Button-Up Shirt

Blouse may be fine but being wadded up, stuffed into a plastic bag by the person who packaged it resulted in an off-putting mess. The blouse was so wrinkled I could not see anything but a garment that had been so disrespected it was impossible to evaluate the item. The one star score may be unfair for the blouse, the packing for mailing deserves not even one star. I suppose I can say the blouse wrinkles……..at least the way it was packaged. I returned it the day after picking it up, the clerk’s response was “wow”, this is terrible. I am a regular Nordstrom customer and am confident this is not the standard.

I was a bit hesitant to order this based on the reviews. Thankfully, my order arrived in great condition. The blouse has a flattering fit and is flowy. Nice bright white, but not blinding. Slightly translucent, but doesn't require an under layer (and I'm on the modest side...). Well worth the price.

It would be unfair to rate this blouse because I returned it. I returned it because it arrived in such poor condition I was immediately “turned off”. It looked like it had been wadded up and shoved into a plastic bag. It was so wrinkled, creased and misshaped I was stunned. When I returned it the sales clerk took a look and was also appalled. I’m a regular shopper at Nordstrom and believe if nordstrom staff had seen the way it was mishandled they would be embarrassed and disappointed. I don’t expect items to be without a wrinkle when mailed, I do expect items to be properly packaged to respect the item.
