Geometric Beaded Sleeveless Gown

I love the style, fit and comfort of the dress, but even as I unpacked it the sequins were falling off. Threads are unsecured and the sequins just fall off with no way to stop the unraveling. It’s too delicately sewn and I’m afraid this will be a one-wear dress. Too bad because it’s very flattering. I’m hoping Nordstrom alterations can fix some of the loose threads. At least the maker provides extra sequins, but I sure don’t know how to sew them on.

I love this gown! I felt like I was going to dinner at Downton Abbey while wearing it. I wore it as mother of the groom. The bottom of the skirt looks so beautiful while walking. It was comfortable, even though I had to wear a strapless bra. Because of the stretchy under fabric, shapewear wasn’t necessary. The plum is so dark, some might think it’s black. I would’ve given it five stars, except for two things: like another noted, the sequins tend to come off. Also, it did not give me as much of a shape as some other gowns I tried. That being said, I received many compliments, & I can’t wait to wear it again!
