This is what my life has been missing!
Ok so I purchased the ABEO slippers with the regular insole a while back. I still love them. I was curious about these metatarsal insoles so I ordered a pair. I had no idea how much my feet needed them til I slipped them into a shoe and walked…the hall is my runway. Even happier feet! And I noticed a posture improvement, too! Despite years of dance training (and injuries), I still have high arches….and it’s been a minute. I don’t experience pain but I do notice how much more supported my feet feel when wearing these insoles! I feel more energized…and more energy equals more happiness. And to think…they were on sale! I’m ordering more.

Just what I was looking for!
I have a pair of Birkenstock shoes I just love. They are fur lined molded insoles but after years wearing the sheepskin inside had worn down. I’ve been looking for a replacement for them as the old ones are molded to the shoe but can be removed I thought it wouldn’t be difficult to find a replacement. Birkenstock web site doesn’t have the sheepskin ones. I was so bummed out until I saw these. In desperation I thought I’d give them a try. Low and behold they work beautifully! I’m thrilled! Note these are the molded sheepskin insoles that is so hard to find.

I can wear ANY boot or shoe I want!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing a metatarsal orthotic for almost 25 years. I adore the ABEO sandals, but when I realized I could buy replacement wool metatarsal insoles for my ABEO boots it opened up my world. Now I can have warm, supported feet in ANY boot I want. I could change a single pair of insoles from boot to boot, but I'd rather have several pair ready to go. I have 2 pair of wool insoles already and plan to purchase at least 2 more this year and more next year. They'll join the many different styles of metatarsal insoles I already wear everyday in all my shoes.

Keep your feet warm this winter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these wool inserts. The wool is a bit thick and I used them a few times before they then became incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly to find the wool ones w arch support and metatarsal lift. Time will tell how long they'll last.

I'm not sure how this is supposed to fit in your shoe and leave room for your foot? I cannot even begin to get my foot in the shoe with this in it. Are you supposed to buy a shoe size that is a size larger than what you actually wear? Then you will feel like you have clown feet. Will be returning.
