Disgusting service!!!!
I have ordered a size XXL garment, but received a size XS instead. This is a significant disappointment and frustration, as it has wasted my time, effort, and money. I have no desire to reorder again, although I wanted the coat so bad.
Nordstrom, I would appreciate it if you could improve your order accuracy.
