Gemstone Connection Necklace

This is a great everyday necklace, simple but cute! Love the green ring for added detail. Clasp works great and it’s a good length.

The lobster clasp was stuck, and I had to return it. It was also very small.

Color of gem a lot lighter than picture

Had to return. Clasp was broken and wouldn’t open.

The necklace is cute, but the jade’s color not the same as the picture.

I got the necklace but the clasp wouldn’t open. It’s such a cute necklace and I was looking foward to wearing it but I couldn’t get it to open at all. It was completely stuck and not budging. I didn’t wanna break it trying so hard so I was going to exchange but the lady at the jewelry counter said they see this issue often with the brand itself. They are online only so you can’t try it before you even purchase it. Too much of a hassle for me to go back to the stores just incase the replaced one does the same thing!
