Gema Crystal Collar Necklace

I have the necklace and the matching earrings. Some of the crystals came out of the earring and the company would not even replace it. They wouldn’t replace it nor repair it… I was willing to pay for a repair. They said they had no way to repair it. Very disappointing, considering how much they charge for their jewelry. And for the record, the jewelry was no more than four months old and had been given to me as a Christmas gift so I did not have a receipt. Regardless of that fact… I was very disappointed because I have always asked for Swarovski crystals for Christmases and birthdays. Never again.
