Bought this the second time
I wore my first coat in black for several years. This coat accompanied me to Iceland, England, Ireland and other countries of Europe, as well as being my go to coat at home. Alas, the zipper broke and the buttons fell off. But oh how I loved this coat! I was happy to see it on Nordstroms post again-and on sale. This time I chose blackberry.

Beautiful coat but unmanageable wrinkles!
The raincoat itself was the good quality you expect for the brand name. The problem I had was the raincoat was extremely wrinkled including the coat itself, the lining and removable liner. I returned it to the West Farms store. The sales lady was not helpful at all and was not the least bit concerned why I was unhappy with the overpowering wrinkles. I had spent a lot ot time trying to steam them out but then gave up. The whole experience was a real disappointment. I always thought Norstrom was the top-of-the-line place to shop.

Nice coat but...
I ordered this coat as my older Gallery raincoat (2009) is looking worn. I am 5'4" and it sits at my knees which is too long for me. My primary reason for returning this coat is there is no top button on the raincoat (without the liner). If an open collared coat appeals to a buyer, this is a great one. If you don't like that look, skip this coat.

I loved the color shown in the photo which looks like blackberry to me. The coat I received is a color that I would call grape as it is definitely a bright purple. If I had seen it in person, I probably would not have purchased it. It also is very roomy so order a size down from your regular size, also would have fit better if it had been a petite.

Great coat!
I bought this to replace my 35-yr old Gallery Rain Jacket (which was still in good enough shape to donate) - saw it on sale and couldn't resist. It's a great coat for in-town and traveling. The detachable lining and hood make it versatile for different weather conditions and its roomy enough to wear over a sweater without being bulky. LOVE the blackberry color!

Gorgeous, Classy Raincoat
I own 4 of these coats: 2 long and 2 short. They are medium weight, silky but not shiny, classy, and generously cut. The xl will fit up to a size 20, although it might be slightly snug, but for sizes 16-18, the xl is wonderful. The purple and red colors are true to what is depicted and the bronze and black linings look nice. The zippered vest has a high collar that looks snazzy when zipped.
