Galivanting Denim Skort

I’m honestly stunned at the lack of quality control at Nordstrom lately. I ordered the Free People white denim skort, and it arrived with a large yellow stain right on the fabric. This isn’t a small flaw — it’s something that should have been caught immediately before shipping. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time. I previously ordered shoes and received a used pair, clearly worn and repackaged. At this point, it feels like Nordstrom either doesn’t care what they’re sending out or simply doesn’t have anyone checking items before fulfilling orders. If I wanted items that were used, damaged, or stained, I would shop at Nordstrom Rack. Customers deserve better than this, especially at full price. Nordstrom needs to seriously address its quality control issues because this is unacceptable.

i have this skirt in 3 colors! basically the only thing i wear in the spring n summer because i love them that much! they run a bit big so keep that in mind:)
