Perfect
I purchased this bag sight unseen not knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The leather is beautiful and the craftmanship is top notch. The bag easily fits legal sized folders and my 13.3 inch Sony laptop with room to spare. There are two inside pouch pockets that are open, one that zips closed, and a separate zip pouch in the front with places for business cards, pens and other essentials. The one thing this bag is lacking is an outside pocket that could be used for the quick tuck and go of a newspaper or folder (without having to open the flap), but that's not the style for most messenger bags anyway. I have it for almost a year now and the leather is aging smartly, making the bag look even better as it gets worn in. If you're looking for the over the shoulder look as an alternative to the carry briefcase, this is a great bag.

No logos on it or tag attached as in the photos
I am confused about this bag. In the photos, the bag does have a company logo on the front clap and in the back; also in the photoshop that bag displays a tag attached to one side. Well, in reality the bag has absolutely no mark on it. The only logs it had is inside the bag. On the outside it can be from any brad. I will return it.

Very happy
I bought this bag as a gift to my husband and it did not disappoint. Frye makes such quality items and this was no exception. He will be able to use it when he travels. It fits his laptop and his essentials. Not a lot of extra space but that's to be expected with a messenger bag. Leather was soft and beautiful. However it was darker than the picture.

Great Leather Bag for Men
This is great for me to transport files from my office. Not big enough for a laptop but just enough space to carry the essentials Including a iPad. I had a larger bag before but the size of this is perfect yet stylish!
If you have bought Frye products you know the quality of their leather. This is a tough piece of leather that looks great and wears perfect with age!
You won't be disappointed

Not Just For Guys!!!!!!
I treated myself to this bag and it is worth every dime. You may find it in the men's department but anyone who travels with technology and personal items you do not want to check along with other bags will love it. Lots of pockets for organizing. I will have to agree that Frye is a great product. The only downside is that the colors you see online do not match what you get and just because different Frye items are named the same does not mean they will be the same color, sometimes nowhere near the color..too bad! But, still a great product...

Resilient bag
I've had this bag (in cognac) since 2014 (bought in the Nordstrom store). It has held up extremely well. I have slung it around my shoulder filled with all my laptop, and all its accessories, and a bunch of random stuff, weighing a decent amount. After 7 years of slinging this weighty bag, the strap sewing came undone by just a little bit, and a local shop sewed it back for me, and aside from this, it has been remarkably resilient.
