Version 15 update is horrible!
I have worn 860s for 8 years. They provided perfect stability, fit comfortably, and had a nicely cushioned sole. The updates over the years seemed to improve the cushioning and comfort, while keeping the fit the consistent. So consistent, in fact, that I usually just call my local store to see if they have my preferred color in stock or have them order it. I never had to try them on to be sure they worked for me. This changed with the v15, however. The upper is so drastically changed that they literally hurt the top of my feet. They are totally unwearable. Please fix the uppers for v16. I really want to love New Balance shoes again.

Terrible update
I am glad that I went to try these on before purchasing. The update to this shoe is awful, I hated it. The toe box was too wide and the heel to toe drop while walking felt unstable. I also found the cushion to be lacking, rendering the shoe uncomfortable. Please bring back the v13, that was the last great version of this sneaker.

Perfect for long distance
The perfect shoe for steady long distance runners! I am a wonky runner so these shoes keep me perfectly aligned and have a lot of bounce to them. Have been wearing them for marathon training.

Shoes are ok
I love the look of the new shoes. I tried them on in the store and felt great but they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, so I ordered them on line. They are comfortable except across the top of my foot. I'm trying to break them in but not sure if it will work.
