Ornamental metal buckle broke into little pieces first time wearing . Nordstrom ~ disappointed in your handling of this purchase . These are NAOT shoes and rather pricey. The store manager at Nordstrom rack was dismissive and rather rude .
The purchase is past the 30 day return policy if they hadn’t have broken, I would not be returning them. These are damaged and they should take them back immediately without an issue .
She’s referring me to Nordstrom instead of Rack for this return . Extremely inconvenient.
