Great jacket, poor fabric quality

I love this lightweight jacket. I bought it in Carmel and wore it in once. When I took it off, there were tears in the fabric. Unacceptable for $150 light jacket. We left early the next day, so I was unable to return it to the store. Now I am stuck with a defective jacket. My husband wears TB all the time and I have several pieces. We have never experienced this substandard quality in a TB clothing item.
