The best pant
I have 2 pair of these - they are amazing. I'm 5' 4", size 8/10 in pants (31/32 in jeans) and athletic build, and the size Large is more fitted on me as is pictured on the model and a little pull to get them over my hips but then they sit very comfortably at my waist. I got an XL for my 2nd pair so they would look more like a close-fitting, polished trouser than a legging (as pictured on F&E site). The waist is incredible- doesn't fall down like many leggings. I love the polished sophisticated yet casual look to them. I love that they look like a trouser but have a raw edge hem, yet feel like the most comfortable legging ever. They are not skin tight like a regular legging. Functional nice deep front pockets. I LOVE that the hem is not form-fitted around my ankle and sits a little stretched out from my skin an inch or two!!! Impossible to find a legging that does that. Washes beautifully. Wear several times per week!

love the way they look but quality is horrible
I have bought two pairs of these pants because I loved the way they fit. However both have come apart at seams and one developed a hole in the inseam. In both cases all i did was tug at them to pull them up or adjust them on m. Im so frustrated because they are comfortable, look nice and are kind of perfect for the moment we are living in (not quite leggings, more comfortable than pants) but i can’t justify $200 for this poor quality.

Sophisticated Leggings
These are the best leggings ever. They're a beautiful soft cotton with lycra. They have functioning pockets in front and welt faux pockets in the back. And for me, the length is perfect. I'm 5'2", so these babies fall right to my ankle. I wear them with a pair of black boots and a leather jacket or zhoozh them up with a high-heel pump and a crisp white shirt. They're machine washable, but I line-dry them. I like them so much, in fact, that I bought three pair. Not sorry.

Dont believe the hype
Big Frank & Eileen fan here but these are not it. I finally purchased these after getting constant Instagram ads telling me how great they were. And if you are a 6’ size 4 woman like in the ad, perhaps they are great. But as a 5’4 size 6-8 woman, these are just overpriced leggings. They are a very thin cotton fabric, unhemmed, with a few pockets to make them “pants” and not-leggings. But they are too tight to be work appropriate (I got a size M) and my $100 Lululemon leggings make my butt look way better and are less than half the price. Buy pants if you want pants. Buy these if you want to overspend on leggings.

So soft!
I love these pants more than any other pants in my wardrobe. They are incredibly soft, better than wearing pjs, while still looking polished. I wish they came in an ankle length instead of cropped, but since I’m 5’4” they are not too short on me. These are worth every penny!
