Gorgeous Boot!!
I am extremely picky with boots. I wanted a square toe but not like a box. I wanted brown but not too warm. I wanted comfortable of course. These hit everything! The color is so beautiful and looks so good with all washes of denim. They are casual but so beautiful that they look minimalist chic. I’m very happy!
I am a true size 40. EU sizing is more head on. In the US I am between 9 - 9.5 and even a 10 if it’s a 40. I got a 9 in these because that is the brands size 40! So check!

Zero Grip on Sole
When did shoes having zero grip/traction on the sole become a thing? Especially in a boot?? Ordered because I liked the look but returned because it's so slippery. Should have trusted the photo showing a smooth sole would mean a slip hazard.

Zero Grip on Sole
When did shoes having zero grip/traction on the sole become a thing? Especially in a boot?? Ordered because I liked the look but returned because it's so slippery. Should have trusted the photo showing a smooth sole would mean a slip hazard.

This is a fine bootie. It’s comfy, TTS. Your basic, leather, Sarto bootie. But I’m returning these. I HATED the silver plaquette in back, and somehow (this is me) got the impression that the inside of the heel slanted inward—giving it a bit of flair. Too silly-flashy in the wrong places, & too boring-basic in others. But I’m super picky with my booties. They’re really quite nice.
