Gorgeous and comfy but quite large
so beautiful and high quality, but alas they run on the larger and wider side at least half a size, if not a full size

Very cute, but NO leather here…
The website claims a leather upper, but I knew the minute I slipped my right foot in, it wasn’t. So I looked in the shoe to confirm and it was printed manmade upper and made in China. Franco Sarto has been my consistent no-brainer perfect fit for years. Not this time. Fit was completely off… smallish in some places and largish in others making the shoes uncomfortable…and the Franco quality just wasn’t there. The shoe creased across the toe box after my first step. Plus, my feet got steamy in the minute it took to try them on…never happened with any shoe ever. I couldn’t wait to get them off and back into the box. Returning. That said, the design is cute. Perhaps we could see a redux with previous Franco quality and fit in LEATHER….?

Man Made not leather
The colorblock loafers are so cute - but, the online description says the shoes are leather and not true . . . the shoes arrived and stamped in the shoes 'all man made'. I'm returning.

Tight fit
I really wanted to like these shoes but the heel felt tight. I could tell the break-in period for the shoes would be excruciating, if I even made it that far. Not worth it. Heel is tight. I don’t see how even a wide change the fit of the heel. The rest of the shoe felt okay, though. Still will be returning.

New but worn
I should have walked away after reading the reviews, but I chose to give this brand a chance. Right out of the box, I noticed that the tops of my shoes showed signs of wear and tear, specifically creases. When I reached into the shoe, I felt indentations at the toe area. I understand these shoes are sold at a lower price and are marked as final sale, but there should at least be a warning to consumers that the products have been previously worn. This would allow us to make an informed decision about purchasing used items. I'm contemplating reaching out to the BBB because I work hard for my money.
