No feather poufs.
The dress I received did NOT match description picture as shown. The dress had large sewn on flowers w/buttons on the very bottom of dress only. It was nicely done. The top was a plain black, satin polyester material. Although a pretty dress, the top of dress was clingy in all the wrong places on me. It unfortunately had a nightgown look. Too bad, the bottom detailing was gorgeous.
