Not a great product!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First Marmot product and I am really disappointed. I got this to put only during windy weather and guess what it failed miserably. Additionally the sleeves inner clothing keeps on coming out. The zip are pretty cheap!! Its just and ordinary heavy jacket and wont recommend buying it.

Windy City wind is no match for this coat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Warm, and much more windproof than other down coats I've owned in the past. Pockets are roomy. Worn this winter in New York, Chicago, and Paris, and has performed well in all three cities.

Winter ready!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket sits just below waist length and is very warm. I especially like the large pockets, there’s plenty of room for storing gloves. This is a well made piece of outerwear.

Montana Review of Men's Fordham Down Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted something more durable then the basic "ultralight shell" type down jacket and this jacket fits that description. In general the construction looks good, it's comfortable and true to size. The exterior does a good job at repelling sleet/light rain or melting snow. The 700-fill down seems to be sufficient, but I haven't been out in subzero temps with it yet. The hood is a decent size and comes forward enough to protect from wind.
Two simple items that would improve this jacket:
1. A two-way zipper. This is basic, but the jacket is long enough that it would be good to open the bottom sightly when getting in/out of a vehicle.
2. Fully lined pockets. The pockets have a warmer material in front and a "cooler" nylon material in the back, so your hands tend to be colder on your palm, warmer on the back of the hand. A fully lined pocket would be better to keep hands warm.
Overall a good jacket, could be better with a few modifications.
