Comfortable out of the box. Pretty and thoughtful design and materials: soft leather upper with good support for a sandal. I like the front cut-out design and light striated platform heel. Comfortable footbed. I had no problem with adjusting heel strap. It's casual, but I like that it also can have a dress-up look when I walk into a restaurant dinner after walking the city the whole day. I had no problem with the sizing; it is as stated.
