Floral Print High Neck Ruffle Hem Cape Mini Dress

This dress is so fluttery and fun. It's comfortable and drapes itself beautifully. It was difficult to find my way to putting it on at first, but once I figured out that the outer layer is more like a cape with no sleeves, and I stopped fighting it, it was perfect! The dress hangs as if you have flowy sleeves but in fact it's simply draped over you as a top layer. Definitely recommend - high quality and worth every penny!
