Floral Print Asymmetric Dress

The colors and patternwere spot on to the images online. The fabric is lightweight and perfect for a summer outdoor wedding or event. Unfortunately, this dress runs small. I’m 5’7”, 115# and typically wear a 4 or 6, small in dresses. I could not get this zipped up over my chest. I’m debating ordering a medium because the waist and hips will likely be too large. I normally wear a 24/25 waist in bottoms, for reference, and the small fit well below the chest.
