The firm pillow arrived and I was so excited until I ooened it to find that it appeared dirty on two spots and not firm feeling at all. I am very disappointed with my purchase and was really contemplating returning it but my hisband convinced me to just wash it and never purchase again. Really disappointing.

Getting better sleep
I instantly noticed a difference in sleep when I changed to this pillow. I absolutely love the material and plush feel. I am a side to stomach sleeper and went with the firm as suggested. I feel like my neck is stiff and sore. I hope this is an adjustment period. If not I wonder if I tried the medium firm offering my neck would not be as stiff? At least I know I'm on the correct path to better sleep. Im also short so wonder if that plays a role in neck discomfort. I would buy from this brand again.

A little more down alternative filler, please.
This is a good medium pillow; however, I need the down alternative to be fuller. I would try fluffing it up more throughout the night.

Great pillow for the discounted price
I purchased a set of pillows during the sale 2 pillows for a discounted price as a Christmas gift for my mom. So far she has no complaints and has had better sleep. She was not able to find a pillow suit her sleep position as a side sleeper. I did some research and this pillow was the top recommendation. I hope it keeps up with the expectation and can make me a believer.

Too fat
Too fat to be comfortable so I plan to put the pillows in shams rather than try to sleep on them.
