Intolerable for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking the fermented enzymes, I noticed I felt nauseous. I stopped taking it and tried again in a week. I had the same reaction. I tend to be sensitive to certain things. This will not work for me. Disappointing….

Bloating almost gone!

These enzymes were recommended by a nurse practitioner. Perfect for overall gut health. Reduced bloating, gas and allowed my body to function regularly. Noticed a big difference when I quit taking them. These enzymes will be a part of my daily routine from now on.

This works for my heartburn
I didn't initially try this until several months after purchase since it was not intended for me. I was having some issues with heartburn and decided to take these after my dinner and was surprised that it works 90% of the time for me. The only time I have had issues is if I eat too late in the evening, so that is more my fault than the supplement. I do like that it includes pre and probiotics too! This is also super helpful while I have been on a glp1.
