No one can get it right

I’ve ordered this belt THREE time and each time I’m getting the wrong color combination. I continue to order a black belt with polished nickel and I end up with a brown belt and gold. If my preferred color isn’t in stock, I would rather have my order canceled than have to return THREE belts. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointing and inconvenient
