Faux Leather Trim Trench Coat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful pattern on the inside lining. The fit and length are perfect. The patterned collar adds a nice touch. Feels like the perfect coat for fall, especially when wearing skirts and dresses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trench coat is gorgeous. It's an A-line that is mid length. I'm 5ft7in and it hits a few inches above the knee. It's a matte off-black with darker faux leather accents. The gold trimmed buttons add an additional touch of elegance. It can be dressed up for formal occasions or dressed down for everyday. The collar has a large almost waffle-like texture that adds some contrast. The sleeves fall about an inch or two below my wrist. It's a great length, not too short even when your arms are bent. The inside lining has a beautiful Parisian motif. I can't wait until fall when it gets a bit cooler and I can wear this coat regularly.

I think it being actual leather than the faux would have put it in the green for me. The fit was good. I didn’t like the collar design with the faux leather. I think I would have just preferred a leather simple collar. I did love the lining with the Paris scene. I thought that was a really nice touch and made it feel more well thought out. I liked how the buttons were hidden except for the top one, I think it made it look really chic. All in all, mixed feelings about it. Had a ton of potential but it just wasn’t everything I had hoped for.

Another detail I really like is the hidden button design-the front panel covers most of the gold buttons when the coat is closed, giving it a clean and polished look.
