Faux Fur Trim Hooded Puffer Jacket

I wore this once, so I can't return it, and I'm writing this to save other people from making the mistake I made. The coat looks wonderful out of the box. I chose it because it didn't use down or fur, and I thought it looked great. On the first wear, I noticed that the poor slave who was forced to make this put the zipper in backwards. Then the fill started leaking through the seams. I unzipped the hood and, while after about ten minutes struggle I finally got it zipped back on, the zipper began splitting off, so, no hood. This is is worst kind of fast fashion, though I checked it out on Good On You. No one should be selling this piece of junk. I'm ashamed even to donate it. Nordstrom, this is the last straw. I'll never buy here again. What happened to this once good store?
