Poor standards of service from this brand
In the listing, it clearly shows the size difference in links between the Extra Large and the Large Paperclip links. The models for both sizes show the pieces on a model’s neckline. What was sent was NOT the Extra Large! Rather, it was the size Large link. Since there is a significant price difference between the sizes this is inexcusable for The Lovery. The necklace and bracelet both arrived directly from The Lovery so this is not a Nordstrom issue.
