Go the extra mile with this stainless steel watch outfitted with Japanese quartz movement and a sporty silicone strap.

Measurements: 41mm case.

Strap/closure: Silicone strap with adjustable buckle closure.

Movement: Three-hand Japanese quartz movement. Quartz movement: powered by a battery and features an internal electrical circuit to control the rate of the watch's ticking.

Complications: Elapsed-seconds, -minutes and -hours subdials.

Face: Mineral crystal.

I just gave the watch

I just gave the watch to my 12-year-old grandson as a birthday gift. The watch looks good and seems durable. My grandson likes it. Time will tell. (No pun intended. )

Just still, I like to watch, but I was a little disappointed. The blue is not as bright as I looked in the picture.

I picked up the Expedition

I picked up the Expedition Capstone Quartz and I'm really glad I did. The case brushing is beautiful and helps give the watch it's ready for adventure aesthetic. The case and leather strap are very comfortable on the wrist, and the Lume is surprisingly good. Not quite dive watch level, but the best I've personally seen from Timex. The real thing that elevates this watch however is tossing it on a NATO. Then it absolutely disappears and becomes a fantastic daily piece that feels right at home when you're hiking in the mountains as well. I'm a fan.

This watch is a fabulous

This watch is a fabulous field watch for the price! Works great, looks great. Somebody mistook it for a Hamilton, which is 5x the price!

Bought this as a surprise

Bought this as a surprise for my husband after he(sadly) lost his original Timex Expedition,which he had owned since they first came out(1995?!) He LOVES his new watch and appreciates that it is so much like his original,only :"nice and new".
