Silky and poofy
I saw this at my local Nordstrom the other day. I really liked it somewhat, as it seemed elegant, pretty and smooth. The only issue is had was the sleeves towards the wrist were a bit poofy and flowy. Different from what I am used to seeing from Elwood but very fashionable. I may rethink a purchase soon.
