Back strap too large
Gorgeous and good quality, looks like the photo. Little arch support, so given the height, they're not comfortable even with the block heel. Granted I'm used to 2" heels. I couldn't keep these because the straps are two separate pieces. It's a sling back with a strap that runs through it. That means that the sling back is not adjustable, so if it's too long (which is was for me, I'm 5'2" if it matters), then the shoes slaps and rubs against your heel. And with a block heel, it's like lugging around loose weights. Maybe sizing down could be help, and for what it's worth, I had this problem with many shoes with a similar strap build. I am a 7.5M and got a 7.5M, everything fit except that slingback strap.
