The sleeve length matters!
This is a beautiful shirt and a wonderful price since it was on sale. There was no sleeve length on the sizing and when the shirt arrived, it had extra long sleeves. We had to return the shirt.

Unusually terrible customer service by Nordstrom. I ordered this shirt and Nordstrom cancelled the order because their third party vendor could not fulfill the order... even though the shirt was still in stock at Nordstrom. They simply cancelled the order, instead of fulfilling it themselves. Not sure why managing this process falls to the customer. Nordstrom did nothing.

sleeves too long
the shirt was delivered with extra long sleeves. Had to have them altered at a cost of $40..
