Essential Cooking Utensils Silicone Wok Turner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy duty. I like that the handler was metal and the turner was made with quality silicone so it's heavy and doesn't bend much. It makes picking up food from the wok easier and also pressing burgers easier. It's slightly bigger than the other turner I have. But I enjoy using it.

The rubber end is nice and firm, so you can cut through things easily while cooking. The length is nice so that your hands stay a way from the heat. I have used it to cook both meat and veggies and found it works well with both. The only downside I found is that the metal conducts heat pretty well, so if you leave the spatula in the pan and rest the handle on the side of the pan, when you come back to it you will find a really hot handle. That could lead to a bad burn for someone. This is the reason why I gave four stars. Beyond that, this is a great spatula.

Heat resistance has also been excellent. Whether we’re cooking at higher temps or leaving it resting on the edge of a hot pan, the silicone holds up without warping or degrading. No weird smells or melting concerns—just reliable performance. Cleaning is about as easy as it gets. Food doesn’t stick to the silicone, and it rinses off quickly by hand, but it’s also dishwasher safe , which is always a bonus. Overall, the combination of durable materials, solid weight, scratch safe silicone, and easy cleaning makes this and easy 5 star kitchen tools. It does exactly what it should, and it does it well.
