Packaging missed opportunity to impress
I sent this as a gift. My recipient had no idea it was from Nordstrom- it shipped directly to them from an obscure company they said. Not happy that the Nordstrom name wasn’t included, and couldn’t send in a gift box. Won’t do that again when I want to impress!
