Ordered the Earth Soft Suede booties, waited nearly two weeks for my order to be delivered only to find the Black Soft Suede booties in the Earth Soft Suede shoe box. And now my size us sold out! Nordstrom…you need to do better!

I also received the wrong color. I ordered these shoes in black but received them in the light brown color two weeks later. By that time the black color was sold out... It's very frustrating. At some point the black boots were available again. I ordered them right away but the order was cancelled a day later. Now they are available again at full price. The boots were ovrall good though on the narrow side for me but customer service left much to be desired.

I ordered the Earth Soft Suede in size 7 and 7 1/2. Finally received the size 7 in the wrong color (black). A couple weeks later the size 7 1/2 arrived in the wrong color ( black). The box said earth soft suede, but black was in the box. Annoying. Will return both.

Like many others, I received the wrong color boot. I ordered black. I received brown boots in a box that said it contained black boots. I ordered the same boots directly from Paul Green’s website. Guess what? Brown boots in a box that says black. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. This is clearly an error at Paul Green, not Nordstrom. Even though you’re ordering from Nordstrom, I believe these boots are being shipped directly from Paul Green, and there’s something massively wrong at Paul Green distribution. This is a shame because I tried them on and they’re nice. I would keep them if I could just receive black. I’m not rolling the dice again although perhaps if I ordered brown I would get black. What a mess.

Ordered the brown, but received the black. Brown is now sold out. Disappointed.
