This top definitely runs small. It was cute but I couldn’t imagine wearing it for any length of time due to the fabric- it’s itchy and not at all breathable. I could also foresee the fringes getting stuck in the zipper when you zip it up. I returned it.

Quirky designer runway look when paired with a skirt. Comfortable. A bit of a boxy fit but it has some stretch so you could size down if that's not your think.
