Details & care

This purse is decorated with a hand-embroidered floral pattern. It is perfect for your phone, wallet or smaller things. Embroidery is an important part of our production, as it can be done everywhere, even in remote villages with few other job opportunities. Women can work from home at their convenience or in the fellowship of a producer group at a local Salvation Army center. Other's Trade for Hope works through relationships with local Salvation Army programs that focus on economic development in rural and urban settings which includes groups focusing on women's empowerment and projects for rehabilitation of sex workers or trafficking victims. Others has active production groups in Bangladesh and Kenya, where all products are handmade.
