Embr Wave Smart Cooling & Warming Wristband

The product came a lot later than expected, but I understand that as this was an international purchase. When it arrived, it was packaged very plainly, in a white box. I liked that the components were easy to recycle with minimal plastic. The product itself is beautiful, the magnetic wrist watch system was amazing - it fits anyone. The cooling part is very nice, however it took me a while to understand how to turn it on without the app. The warming part is great as well, but could be a little bit hot, even when calibrating it. The app itself was a nice addition, however, it stopped pairing and I could not troubleshoot it at all. Overall, I like this product, it does work well for me, but it is not worth 300 dollars, which is why I put it at 3/5 stars.

I am a 72 year old male on ADT for prostate cancer. Have plenty of hot flashes both day and night. Have had the Embr for several weeks and find it is most beneficial at night. I’ve tried the provided programs; but found when I’m awakened in “a sweat” a couple clicks on the cool button and I’m quickly back to sleep.
