Not What I Ordered
The photo of this garment is inaccurate. The blouse has a cheap black edging along the collar, and the tie string is the same ugly black. There is NO evidence of this in the photo. The neckline is so low that it's impossible to wear it without layering. It's also very long. It was, overall, the most unflattering item I have ever bought from Nordstrom.
