Great lock system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple months ago and never have to worry about my luggage being tampered with, I was able to travel stress free with my wedding dress knowing that it was locked and secure even when I had to check it.

Think twice!
Think twice about getting this piece. I purchased mine a few weeks ago and put it to first time use this past weekend. The front pocket doesn’t close well if you have anything but a thin device in it. They give you a quick charger/accessory bag to put in there for easy access but if you put even a small iOS charger in there it’s too bulky to close the pocket. The main compartment space is also compromised because of the front compartment. For the weekend trip I was able to make it work. Unfortunately I had to valet gate check on the small commuter flight and when I got the bag the zipper was partially opened, the teeth don’t seem to have enough grab to keep it zipped during the twist and turns of going through light baggage handling.

Sturdy & Heavy but light on storage space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros:
- Wheels are great - the handle is sturdy, so easy to maneuver
- The outside laptop storage is handy
Cons:
- The outside liner storage has like an steel bar as a protective casing that protrudes inside the bag. This actually takes up a lot of space and is quite inflexible. The outside laptop storage doesn't actually close very well if you have anything more than a flat screen/laptop (i.e if you put like your chargers or cables in there). For the amount of space it takes up inside the bag, it is not as functional as I had hoped it would be.
- Heavy; I didn't realize it at first, but it can get quite heavy, compared to some other carry on. That's my fault though. I should've known better.
