Do Not Be Fooled By Photos
While this heating pad is nice, it’s not nearly as large as the photos make it out to be. Take away the rolled up part of the photo and what’s left is about the actual size. Pretty disappointing considering it’s advertised as a full body heating pad. I wasn’t expecting it to be huge or anything, but definitely not nearly as small as it truly is.

No checkers pattern
I ordered the checkers pattern twice and received the gray both times. Nordstrom says they cannot do anything since this product comes from a third party seller. Very disappointing. Also this heating pad does not get very hot at all. Returning both.

The hounds tooth that never came
I ordered this two times and both times it came in the gray option! I mean, I really needed a new heating pad, but let’s get real, they usually aren’t cute so when I saw this super cute houndstooth heating pad I jumped on it! First time came, opened box - gray. Returned, re-ordered, opened box-gray again! I kept the gray the second round because I needed a heating pad lol
