Disappointing! Received Damaged and Poor Service
Just received the new dress this afternoon and was so disappointed in receiving it damaged in multiple places! Looks like they don’t check the product before shipping anymore. Customer service said they can’t replace/exchange it because now they don’t have it in my size which is a bummer. I’m surprised they can’t even give a discount or something for the damages and can only return for a refund. I really liked this dress. Now I don’t know if I’ll have enough time to find another one when I was expecting to wear this beautiful one. I’ve been a Nordstrom member for some time now and this type of service is a fist and quite frankly extremely disappointing.

sizing is very off
I typically am a size 6/8. This dress did not fit at all, I got it in a large and I barely could get my body into it.
