SCAM company not backed by Nordstrom

I purchased two dresses to try for mother of the bride. Both were too large. Repacked and returned. Within 14 days. All tags attached in original packaging. Company declined return. Nordstrom says it’s not their responsibility. Just absolutely wow. I’m out over $500. Been a long time customer of Nordstrom.
