Love this sweater
I got XXS in the green because that's the color they had in my size. I'm 5'10" tall and about 138-140 pounds. It's a great fit on me. It's lightweight and so warm. It's very hard to find sweaters that button or zip. I usually wear a S or XS. So I definitely sized down due to the reviews.

Spectacular Sweater
This sweater is so beautiful. The alpine colour is wonderful, especially with the alpine dress or all black. It has an interesting look which feels elevated yet can be worn casually with jeans. I look forward to wearing this for many years.

Purely gorgeous, soft, cozy, versatile.
Beautiful sweater that is highly versatile.
Sumptuous. Light to wear but warm. Not hot, just softly dense luxury fibers that keep you cozy but not sweaty in warmer temperatures. Color is magnificent as the wool takes dye so well. The sleeves are long but push up well. Pockets hold an iPhone nicely. Has the elevated style and fiber to pull off dressed up but looks fabulous with pants. Long enough to wear with leggings. Fit is somewhat loose and skims one's behind or hips, does not cling or mold to body shape like many longer sweaters - very flattering. So soft! One just wishes to rub it on their cheek to enjoy the wonderful feel of it. It's a cold morning and cup of coffee sweater, if that makes sense. It is so well made that one can indulge in that kind of casual wear and it will still look great heading for work, daytime activities or an evening out. This red cedar is a dense deep dark red with flecks of black and maybe the deepest navy or espresso, hard to tell. It is not Christmas red, or cherry red, nor purply red aka maroon, and I see no orange in it. It goes beautifully with all shades of dark blue, dark greens, deep espresso, and especially black. I like comfort, style, fabrics, good construction, saturated color, low maintenance clothes, and versatility and this is all of them.

Gorgeous and true to size
Some reviews as well as store associate mentioned the sweater runs large. I stuck to my regular EF size and that works well for me. The color mix of red cedar and black in the weave are gorgeous. I love how the black in the sweater creates a cohesive outfit with black bottoms. The mohair is a bit scratchy but well worth it. I love the red cedar color so much I am looking for more items. Red cedar has a bit more depth and vibrancy than cassis for me
