Slit to the Armpit

I really wanted to wear this dress but when I tried it on the slit went all the way up to the armpit! How is that possible? I will be returning. Very disappointed.

Runaway Slit

I purchased this for a trip to Vegas but never had a chance to wear it. I decided it would be perfect for an upcoming concert and decided to try it on before hand.
