Dune/Reef Ride-Along Board

This is useful for our toddler to ride along with our newborn. Pros: it's quite compact and folds up when not in use. You can still fold the chassis with this attached. It's good and sturdy with a non-slip coating (a bit like sandpaper) on the board. The wheels seem good quality. Cons: it's quite heavy so adds weight to the pram, as it's a bit of a faff to remove we keep it on even when not in use so it makes the pram heavier when being pushed without our toddler on the board. The strap to hold the board up blocks the brake so it's harder to get the pram brake on and off with this attached. More of a design issue with the Dune and Reef prams rather than this board, but the large squeeze button to fold the chassis is in the centre of the handlebar, where our toddler's head is, so it's basically a big chunk sticking out of the handlebar exactly where his head is when he is riding on the board so he keeps banging his head.

Bought this to attatch to our dune pram for my 2.5 year old now our new baby has arrived. This is such a poor design, my toddler can hardly fit on it with carry cot part of the pram as the carry cot covers half of the where he can stand so he ends up standing with his back slanted and coming off, and has nowhere to hold on to. I absolutely love Silvercross as a brand but this is no where near big enough to use with the carry cot part of the pram the ride on board is not big enough it should be wider to accommodate feet. A big waste of money for the next 6 months. I haven’t even tried it with the stroller yet.
