Saylor Minidress

I really want this dress to work for me, but I seem to be truly between sizes. The medium is too snug on my hips and thighs and the large is wayyy too big on the top for me. I am normally a medium in tops and usually a large in bottoms because I carry a more weight in my stomach/hips/thighs. I am a 34DD on top for reference. I think the cut of the dress is probably more suited to someone with a straighter body type. Hoping that maybe I can get the top taken in.

Very pretty and high quality dress that runs very small as others have said. I am consistently a size 2 jeans currently. I am 5’7” and thin, not athletic, flat butted, and an XS zipped up but I wouldn’t have been able to wear it all night. I think a small would be too big though unfortunately because the top fit me (30DD). Weird sizing. Unfortunate because the beading and color is so pretty.

Runs smaller than most mini dresses by dress the population especially in the bust area and top of rib cage. There is absolutely no stretch. I am usually a size small or extra small in this brand with all dresses and this one ran quite tight and uncomfortable. A size Medium unfortunately ran too big. For reference I am 120 lbs and petite at 5’2”. Color is also much darker in person, more of a mauve NOT bright as pictured.
