Dress should have been inspected for damage
I am struggling to determine whether I simply return this dress or entertain a decrease in price to keep a dress that has damage unexpected of a gown at this price point. At this price, I've received impeccable quality at, for instance, Mac Duggals. Embroidery unraveling, and pointy deformity of bralet area means alterations are required. At nearly $600 that's really unacceptable.
