Jordan Metallic Floral Ruched Mermaid Gown

Bought it for a wedding party to as a backup. I’m aware this brand fits small, so I was prepared for that (spanx). When I unpacked it from its shipping box, it was hung loose with a hanger in a plastic garment bag, not brand packaging (aka it was sent from a store, floor stock). I learned too late at the wedding when I tried it on, that it had been worn before. Odd stains, like tanner or makeup, mainly inner layers. Please work on QA for items you ship out - thank goodness I had a main dress. But now I have to go back and return it and work it all out. Please don’t put it back out. PS: the V-neck was also a bit deeper than advertised. That was a surprise, and an issue for a church ceremony.
