I put one on my wrist last night and got the best sleep I ever had in along time I got up this morning feeling awake and had more energy I definitely could tell a big difference.. I will be buying more very soon.. highly recommend!

I received The Good Patch® Dream Sleep Support Patches for free in exchange for my honest review, and I’ll admit I was skeptical that a sticker could have anything to do with my bedtime. I pressed one on while brushing my teeth, and by the time I got into bed, I’d completely forgotten it was there. Instead of lying awake running through tomorrow’s to-do list, I felt calmer. It’s a great part of my wind-down with tea at night, and it takes about three seconds, which is my kind of routine. If you like the idea of an easy, low-effort bedtime ritual, these are worth a look. I really like these Dream patches! They’re easy to use and convenient for winding down at night. I love that I can simply apply one before bed and not have to worry about taking another supplement. They’re comfortable to wear, and I’ve found them to be a nice addition to my nighttime routine. Definitely a product I’ll continue using!
