Not supportive to the neck area.
Terribly uncomfortable no support to the neck. You will toss and turn until morning. Essentially you have to put your arm underneath the pillow to prop it up against your neck while sleeping. That is not an acceptable level of comfort.

Ok, everybody. Go and get this pillow. It lives up to the hype! It's comfortable, it's soft, It's durable and keeps it's shape (remember the head is like a bowling ball commercials?) it's lightweight and if you can't tell by now well, I simply love it!
