extremely disappointed

I was excited when I ordered this pillow. I was looking and need a FIRM pillow. I received the pillow and used it last night. First of it’s completely flat … there is nothing firm about this pillow. I paid 60+. I am so upset with this pillow. It will be returned.

Not what I expected

I really wanted the soft ones that you can puff up.

Good product

I was concerned because the pillows are so full/fat. But I do like them. They are quite comfortable.

side sleeper and stomach sleeper

I found both side sleeper and stomach sleeper pillows to be the same. Both are neither plush, soft or give in any way when you lay your head on them. It feels like you are laying on a ballon and you do not get that "aahh" and comfy feeling this company claims to offer.
